I haven't been able to exercise for the last 3 days*. I can't explain why. I get dressed up and ready and raring to go, but then I literally cannot be bothered, so don't. What most people see of me is super pumped, hyper active and enthusiastic founder. That is me. But there is another reality, a very different one. I am naturally a pessimist. I see problems everywhere and believe the world is on the verge of collapse. I oscillate between being super dupa productive and completely paralysed by doubt, fear and the inability to do anything. I call these my down days. My wife was saying to me the other day that her full time job is my personal life coach / cheerleader. That she finds herself trying to reassure me that everything is going to be okay or ginger me in someway or the other to stay positive. Stay on path and not give up.
